This service is independent of all (One-on-One) bronze, gold, silver or platinum in home assistant packages that have been purchased. Our virtual support service is available upon setting up a scheduled session with one of our team members at (562) 202-9694 ext. (3) or “Click” onto our “Tech-Support” tab on our website. To purchase a virtual assistant package call (562) 202-9694 and speak to a representative that can assist you or purchase through our “On-Line-Store.” Virtual remote support is available Monday – Saturday from 7:00am – 7pm PST and closed on Sunday.
